The Devils overhauled the blueline in the past few months, adding Will Butcher, Mirco Mueller, and Sami Vatanen. Let's see how it's been working:
Similar to the Forward article posted before this, there are two dashboards to analyze. One showing how each pairing performed relative to possession metrics and one that shows scoring performance. A few bullets:

Possession:
  • Lovejoy/Butcher is the best corsi pairing on the team (56% over 125 minutes of TOI)
  • Severson/Moore have a high corsi percentage as well (63.5% over 277 minutes of TOI)
  • Greene/Santini have the largest amount of TOI of any of the pairings, logging a poor 40% corsi over almost 300 minutes.
Scoring:
  • Meuller/Butcher lead the way with an 83% GF% over 56 minutes of TOI.
  • Greene/Severson perform well also logging a GF% of 58% over 104 minutes of TOI
  • Vatanen has struggled to live up to his offensive reputation. He has performed best with Moore (50% GF% over 81 mins TOI) but also saw significant time with Greene (33% GF% over 50 minutes of TOI)

What do you think? See what you can learn from the charts above!
